I've got 1176 song on my playlist. It's my only hobby.

As I said in another thread, I was just offered a graduate assistantship in my chosen field, and if I take courses at this school, I'll end up with a stipend twice the amount of the tuition! yeah!

I got two phone calls today thanking me for getting Alkaline Trio on the radio today. One was an ex girlfriend that hates me. She called and said she heard me on the radio voting for them, and she said she loved the new ALK3 song. I find that to be funny.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Go to Koufax Saturday night. It's at the Magic Stick. It's $8 and they're amazingly good. I think it's worth it. Trust me.

alan: nice work
we are the brand new beatniks. we are the down and outers.
we are the bleeding hearts, beating syncopated, broken rhythm.
our speed is often break neck. we need to slow it down.
tired of being sleepless. tired of being broken.

I think the Magic Stick is off Woodward. Where on Woodward? Couldn't tell ya.

Is there some sarcasm in that response Jeff?

When? You have to let me know this. I hope Conan tries to interview Matt or something. He'd be drunk or on coke or something, it would be fun to watch.

Yeah, I am pushing Alkaline Trio beyond belief. And if the wrong crowd comes out (13 year olds) I will go in the mosh pit and kick some pre-teen ass.

Whenever death may surprise us,
let it be welcome
if our battle cry has reached even one receptive ear
and another hand reaches out to take up our arms.

Nobody's gonna miss me, no tears will fall, no ones gonna weap, when i hit that road.
my boots are broken my brain is sore, fer keepin' up with thier little world, i got a heavy load.
gonna leave 'em all just like before, i'm big city bound, your always 17 in your hometown

Oh Lord, you didn't just ask me that. I will try to condense it to 10 or 15 songs that you should listen to, but I don't know if I can. Here I go.

97
Nose Over Tail
San Francisco
Trouble Breathing
Sorry About That
Cooking Wine
For Your Lungs Only
You've Got So Far To Go
This Is Getting Over You
Fuck You Aurora
Radio
Bleeder
Mister Chainsaw
Take Lots With Alcohol
Stupid Kid
Another Innocent Girl
Bloodied Up
Crawl

I didn't name anything off the upcoming album because I don't want you to download the wrong songs or anything, because they're all mislabeled. Those songs are a good start, good luck with yout Alklaine Trio experience.
