I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

I am praying that the power at my school stays out. I don't want to go back and have to deal with my rhetoric teacher. I can run circles around her mentally, and do it on a daily basis, and my grade feels the effects of it. Meh.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Our power went out again from 5:30 Saturday morning until 10:30 this morning (almost 30 hours.) I went into work anyway...we've lost a lot in both product and business, but I figure if we've got insurance for terrorism, we should come out okay.

As a bonus, I took some pictures of the destruction. The pictures are sort of big, so please be kind on my poor bandwith:

hahaha you hanging in there Corey? I about shit when I heard that the Henrietta Wegmans was closed for a while. I heard on the news before I got up here to campus today that RG&E is still reporting over 20,000 without power, and NYSEG has a bit over 13,000 without power.

And now we're supposed to get 4-8 inches, possibly more down here. Man, this freakin SUCKS. It's got'damn SPRING!

As if the foot or so of rock-hard, completely slippery ice frozen over all the roads and shit wasn't bad enough, it is now covered in a messy two foot layer of flaky snow. The moral of this story is, if you try to walk outside, you will a) slip and die or b)put your foot in a snow-filled ice hole and break your ankle and die or c) both a and b
