no..i found that out the other day...well you can't buy it from stores anyway...but u can get it online...or fill out a form in the April issue of Chart (i'm doing that)

I would think you'd still be able to buy the April issue .. considering it's only the 2nd week of April .. have you tried Chapters?

i went to chapters yesterday. i found the issue of chart with raine on the cover.
