US/CANADIAN SUMMER SHOWS

well, it sucked partly because of what had happened to me before, during and after the concert, but that is a whole other story. it mostly sucked because it was all seats. i hate concerts with seats. and it was the same set list they did all summer. it was so predictable. and they went a little overboard on the best buy advertising. and just comparing it to other olp shows, the show on november 1st at the acc was the worst olp concert i have been to.

The advertising wasn't their fault. You were given a free concert. Be grateful, and stop complaining. :mad:

the acc show was soo amazing oh man i cant even put it in to words...something really bad must have happened to you you to wreck that concert for you causee it rocked....

i cant imagine seeing OLP in a huge arena i probably wouldnt go.

oh, I didn't think the acc concert was anything to write home about.

It was kinda disappointing, they were playing at their hometown and played the exact same setlist.

The arena was shocking though....I walked into my section and emitted a big "holy shit!" sooooo many people, it was amazing. Too bad everybody where I was sitting really didn't love the band.

So, the concert was great, but I think everything else that happened was more exciting for me. (cm meetup, hotel, etc) :nod:

And seeing olp in an arena is something that I suggest all olp fans do at least once. And if you have an opportunity to see them at a smaller venue < 5000 fans, I'd suggest that too. :nod:

if you want to see a truly good arena show goto one where its not free and therefore the fans are there to see the band.. not just ppl who happened to get free tickets and went.. the first ACC show, the london show, etc.. those were really good comparitively.. the fans were more into it.. thats more enjoyable.. after bein to shows w/ somethin like 500 or 600 ppl and to shows with 16,000+ (i think thats what the ACC holds w/ no floor seats) its still a lot of fun to see the guys.. just gotta goto a show with the crowd and the band really into it

that's another reason why the concert sucked. my ex-best friend won tickets to the show and he was sitting in the 5th row of floors, and i was stuck in 20th row. he doesn't even like olp.

Yeah that part kinda pissed me off too..half the ppl there only new the words to their singles :freak:

BUT i also saw a lot of big fans like myself there and i mean it was a free show so i'm not complaining. PLUS i was lucky enough to get good tickets...i really wanna see them in a small venue!...
