I just got Avalanche FINALLY. Wow. It's just incredible. I'm making sure I don't bring up another Matt Good thread cuz I know everyone's sick of them. But this album is just.. amazing.

Tomorrow I am buying The Clash - London Calling. I am ashamed for not owning that cd by now, and still saying that I like punk music.....
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Fevers and Mirrors: The third album from intimate songsmith and delicate heart-tugger CONOR OBERST. Twelve haunting songs of brutal honesty and ingenious storytelling geared to uplift your spirits through the fine art of bringing you down.

I want it even more now :(

With shipping and handling it would be $16.00 american .. so like $30 canadian .. plus I usually have to pay another $5 - $10 once the package gets over the border .. is the cd worth it?
