CDs I've recently purchased but haven't mentioned.

Godspeed You Black Emperor! - Slow Riot For New Zero Kanada
Only two tracks totalling about 23 minutes. All instrumental, avant-garde, and experimental. Fucking awesome. Just one more album and I've got all their stuff.

Reel Big Fish - Turn The Radio Off & Why Do They Rock So Hard
Turn The Radio Off - Early album, with all the good fun noise of ska. Good album, but their later albums are better (Why Do They Rock So Hard and Cheer Up).

Why Do They Rock So Hard - Excellent album. More diversity of sound, catchy melodies, great harmony, and they do awesome instrumental work. I'll never get tired of hearing The Set Up. They get better and better with every album.

I was staying at a friends house this weekend and just randomly started playing some of the songs off his winamp and I was instantly hooked after hearing "I want to save you" and "I woke up in a car" and "Globes & Maps ... so I went out and bought the cd the next day :D

Better late than never

I love Something Corporate but they are lost on my friends. They all think his voice is too annoying and can't look past that.

Yeah I like his voice. I can see why someone might find it annoying though. But they're so talented that you should be able to look past that.
