Whenever death may surprise us,
let it be welcome
if our battle cry has reached even one receptive ear
and another hand reaches out to take up our arms.

Nobody's gonna miss me, no tears will fall, no ones gonna weap, when i hit that road.
my boots are broken my brain is sore, fer keepin' up with thier little world, i got a heavy load.

I'll bet you could get a pretty penny for that on ebay! Then again, if it was me, I wouldn't want to part with it...and I don't even like beer (which works out quite nicely, btw, since I'm not of age to buy it :lol: )

Nice job :thumbs:

You have a drinking problem, don't you?
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

oh...no this was done in college a year or so. actually on cinco de mayo. this bad boy is 4 feet by 4 feet and it folds like a book on a piano hinge. (and it's heavy) for a while my roomate wanted to put it in a contemporary arts museum, but i'm not done with it, it's still a work in progress. :mrgreen:

and my drinking since then has become very sparce.

Well, if you think about it, the King and Queen could be like Crown Royal bottles. The knights could be Rolling Rock bottles, seeing that they have horses on them. The pawns can be like cans of Natural Light, because they are the piss water of beer. The Rooks can be 40 oz. bottles of beer, any kind, seeing that both a 40 oz. and a Rook tend to be the towering pieces on the board. It all works out if you know your alcohol.

well i don't drink natural light, that;s just wrong. and crown royal is too big for the ceramic tiles on the board. everything on the board right now fits like a charm. then i was going for a clear vs. brown bottle set, and i got it too. rolling rock is green and doesn't work for me. the hardest piece on the set to get was the brown king....but frangelico did the trick, i mean look st it, it's a freaking monk dude! :mrgreen:

It really looks like you put a Mrs. Butterworth bottle in there, put the brown side close to the camera, and pass it off as liquor. :lol:
