I was sitting at lunch, and all of the kids that I sit with were talking about the grammy's. One girl told me that Coldplay's Politik was the worst song she's ever heard in her life. I thought it was a great arrangement, myself. And then Avril had to go and ruin it. I personally like John Mayer. He's a good guitarist. Vanessa Carlton was terrible, in my opinion. I can't stand her voice. And I won't even elaborate on Avril, because certain members of this board will shoot me if I go too much into detail about why I hate her so much. And there's really no point of arguing over her, anyway.

we are the bleeding hearts, beating syncopated, broken rhythm.
our speed is often break neck. we need to slow it down.
tired of being sleepless. tired of being broken.

I went absolutley nuts.

But their opinions aren't valid, anyway. There's no sense in arguing with Nelly fans over music. Wait, did I just use "Nelly" and the term "music" in the same sentence?

Later, at track practice. (see what I have to deal with)-

The other girls-"Like, did you hear that new Jay Z song! Woo hooo!"
"Like, totally! It rocks!"

Then you see this girl come in with some shirt that says something like "radiohead" on it, and is filled with scary things with big eyes and weird teeth. What a weirdo.
