I feel bad for not listening to them when they come on the radio, like I'm betraying them or something .. I force myself to listen to that song

I think they should call it RAINEMAN..............and have a storm in the background with a rainbow breaking through........that would be truly horrible.

it'll be a very political album, which should be cool to hear.
I actually can't wai to hear their views. Obviously we all know Raine is anti-war but it'll be nice to hear that in their music

They're starting work on the new album in the last 2 weeks of May and then continuing in June. and they've got some stuff written already. New stuff is great :drool:

How long does it usually take between finishing recording an album and getting it out in the shops? And if they're going to record the whole thing live (like Steve told me in Montreal that they wanted to do but needed to convince Bob Rock of) would that mean it takes less time?

You hit the nail on the head on babycakes........take their sweet time. I love to hear that they are in the studio, but only if they are truly ready to record and experiment.

I'm really hoping Raine has some stuff to say......an intelligent album would be a nice follup up to the straight up Gravity. The albums title really doesn't mean much......as long as its not horrible I won't really care. I need to be intellectually stimulated by their music........that's something I love about them.....

i think the lyrics will probably be pretty ambiguous and open to interpretation like most songs (except gravity). I'm sure they will have anti-war connotations, but raine usually writes in such a way that his lyrics can mean a lot of different things
