So who on here has the new Massive Attack album? what are your thoughts? I think Sinnead sounds awesome on it. And I love 'what your soul sings' and 'a prayer for england.'

I have it...and I really like the previous three albums a lot better.

IMO, Sinnead is definately not one of the better female vocals that Massive Attack featured. This album is a seperation though. Progress into more electronic influence and abandoned all the rap that was a large portion of their previous work. The music is great, everything is coherent and 3D adapts everything so perfectly. But somehow something is lacking from this album that makes it not so spectacular.

i haven't heard enough of protection and blue lines to judge, but i do prefer mezzanine over the new one, i think it's because it's tracks are more diverse. still, i am growing pretty fond of the new one.
