did you read through the area where it says gathering information, even if it's legal, can now be called an act of terrorism? that's going to make pretty much of of my favorite websites into terrorist groups.

oh, ok i was looking for it in the first one. yeah, section 802 pretty much says criminals = domestic terrorist, but i think you have to do something that violates all sub-devices listed.

as for the gathering of info thing, no i haven't seen it in 1, that's the Act i'm reading right now. there's alot of things in this one that don't bode well with me, especially Title 2 (Section 200's series).

Pretty standard argument, wouldn't you say? We were afraid of the British government in the late 1700's, but a good amount of people rose up and fought back. When we eventually realize that we're being fucked by the Patriot Acts I and II... things will get wild.
