How do you know?

I have a boyfriend but it seems like we're drifting apart. There's never much to talk about anymore. We used to talk about like.. interesting stuff like the aspect of life and deep thoughts. Now, he just asks me about my everyday life and I get so bored. Never once has he ever flattered me.. we're not clicking anymore. I feel underappreciated, any other ladies out there that understand? What should I do?

My first boyfriend and I went thru the same thing .. we dated for 3 years and then everything just started sucking. We were drifting apart and basically losing interest but after being together for so long we felt comfortable with each other and didn't necessarily want to break up. First love and all that. Eventually I ended the relationship .. I'm not saying break up with him though. Guys can be blind and dumb when it comes to flattery .. they don't always notice things like that. I wouldn't hold it against him. Sometimes people take the little things for granted and don't realize how one nice comment every once in awhile can make a person feel special for days.

Guys suck. I was lied to by one about him having a girlfriend after we planned to go to the formal for months. Well he obviously doesn't anymore, as he's going to go wih someone else now. I don't think any guy will every want to be with me. I don't care, though, he wasn't worth it at all. I've moved on from those 5th grade romances, thank you very much. What a dick.

You know what? I like Jeff and how he talks. So what if he comes off as self-centered? He is a nice guy who seems to have a cocky personality on a messageboard. How do we know what he is like in person? None of us here have met him, and if some one has, you probably know he's a nice guy or something. Just let Jeff do his own thing.

Why hate on people when it's only text? It's really easy. If you don't like Jeff and how he talks, look for his pitchfork avatar, skip over what he writes, and live a happy life. We all know Jeff's personality is holding all of us back from true happiness, right? So everytime you see his avatar, look past it, and achieve personal nirvana.
