how great was that, if you wern't at last nights show in vancouver, jamie is back, well at least for this tour while mike E is at home with his newborn.It was great to see him back ,he really seemed to be enjoying himself,it was like old times.

I actually do like Mike E. I was quite impressed with him at the ACC show, i thought hr fit in perfectly.

I am, however, excited to see Jamie again cause I'd seen him a few times and missed his playing/presence. He seemed really cool, and it kinda brings you back too before all the changes happened... you know what I mean?

But ya, Mike E. = Cool. I dont dislike him at all.

I think everyone here likes Mike .. but it's okay to be glad that Jamie is back for a bit too .. everyone likes Jamie as well :nod:

I just read a review of the Vancouver show on OLP.cc and in one of htem a girl said some random (??) guy at the show gave her two stickers during a song (tapped her on the shoulder, said "do you want these? please dont freak out") and gave her backstage passes, which she go to tgo backstage after the show and mingle with the band(s)/TPB.

My question is... :wtf:

is this like a OLP sanctioned thing? or was this guy like a random promoter who saw her going crazy and decided to be nice? ahhh, imagine getting backstage pass stickers, oh man i would die of excitement!

Look at me, can't even concentrate on school work at the moment cause I'm so excited! 8 days!

I can't wait for the Ottawa show either! I've only been to Ottawa twice, 2 hockey games at the Corel Centre, so I haven't really been in and around the city yet.

I like Mike's playing but I've never had the pleasure of meeting him so he isn't as special to me as Jamie. Jamie was the only member of OLP that ever remembered me and he was always super nice. I'm sure Mike is too, but I have yet to make that judgement from personal experience.

Mike and Steve remembered who I was. They are uber nice and I never got the experience of meeting Jamie and Mike Turner. Maybe that is why I like the current band than the former.

I'm not sure how they know that, but it would be a bit wierd if Jamie didn't play all the dates. I'd really miss Mike if he wasn't there - as people have said he's really lovely and friendly and I've met him quite a few times now. But then again I only saw Jamie play once and that was years ago so it would be really good to see him play again too and maybe meet him if I'm really lucky.

What would be good would be if Mike played in Ottawa and Jamie was at Montreal. I don't think that's going to happen though somehow.
