Well, maybe I emailed the guy doing the auction, asked him how long the band lasted and what its name was and if he was a member or a friend or something, and he sent me back an email 12 minutes later and happened to include their names in it.

Or maybe I used a ouija board.

It said they were called The Wanted, they were around from about 1980 to 1983, and they all went to Henry Street High School on Whitby, Ontario. From left to right, the members were Mike Turner, Chris Lane, Shawn Gillespie, and Jimmy Beggley.

Ouija boards are cool!!! They tell me who the crazy people are.....so I know to avoid them and give them dirty looks and then pretend like I don't know what they are talking about to make them feel more crazy. :evil:

has a degree in English from the University of Western Ontario
he was in several Canadian punk band in the '80s

he might have originally been from england, doesnt mean he spent the first decades of his life there.
