Objective criticism is always useful in any activity

You prefer to act directly rather than speculate
about various options

i don't pay attention to that stuff when i'm doing things.

It's pretty accurate........except I have strong psychological bounderies. I sometimes let people push me around, but not if they are doing it on purpose.
