HOLY FUCK.
if you thought OLP opening for avril was bad
imagine what SOAD fans are going through right now:

even you avril fans will have to admit that this was a horrible, horrible error in judgment on her part.

I haven't heard that song before .. I'd download it .. but meh .. too much Avril bashing going on already .. that song probably does sound pretty bad cuz it's not her style of music at all so I can't picture her singing it and sounding good

Wow. Considering that this is, to the best of my knowledge, the first song I've ever heard Avril perform, I will probably forever have the impression that she is completely without talent.

I saw a bunch of people tearing this one apart at another forum...
Apparently they were supposed to be making fun of SOAD, or so I've heard. I'm not a big fan of SOAD, and I'm not exactly one to follow Avril's work, so I can't back that up with any evidence other than "rumor." From the sounds of things, though, that's probably the truth.
The best part is the "WHAT" from a bewildered audience member at the 12 second mark.
The only reasonable way for SOAD to get revenge (if they wanted,) would be to cover "Sk8ter Boi" (Or however you spell that,) and replace the lyrics with "lalalala" every couple of lines.

I really liked the article. Read the whole thing, which is an accomplishment for me. The first link on this thread didn't work for me, though.

thanks.

old school CM'er 4 Life
Okay I just listened to it and yeah that sounds really bad but it's so obviously a joke .. I mean they were laughing at the end and apologizing .. heh .. it's just funny .. they weren't doing a serious cover of it .. it's barely even 2 minutes long. I wouldn't hold that against her .. I mean everyone was singing along
