yeah. It is.

When I first heard this, I was like, "What. the. fuck. I can't believe they are doing this." But then I realized that it really doesn't matter, I mean, if they want to increase their popularity level in Europe, so be it. And hey, you never know, maybe they can convert the Avril fans into hardcore OLP fans. Yes, yes, there's that whole "teenybopper thing," but we all started off as "teenyboppers." Meh. I'm sure the majority of the people at the concert will remember who OLP is for like a week. The rest will become fans.

so stop worring about it! What happens, happens. Complaining about it is not going to do anything.
HARDCORE!!!

OMG. I can't believe I din't think fo you
until now because when I think on
a scale of one to ten you're like YWELVE.
No, seriously?

I <3 my HLP!!!!!

i had the same reaction as Bethany. i literally went: :wtf: and had to let the whole thing pass through me. but now i realize that its alright, if you want to increase your popularity you play shows. if the only way they can play shows is with Avril, so be it.

Without you I'm as good as
dead ...

OK, this is to everyone who says Avril fans are only 13 year old girls. My 3 closest friends - the people I've just cooked Christmas dinner for and exchanged Christmas presents with - mentioned this evening that they are going to see Avril play in London (and didn't ask me if I wanted to go!). They're aged between 27 and 32 and 2 of them are male, one is female. Unfortunately they don't have any tickets for me - agghh.

they wouldn't have tickets for you since they probably got them before they heard or you mentioned OLP are on the same tour. I emailed you what to do. I am still praying for you. WHere there is a will there is a way. I have faith you will get into one of the shows.

My problem with this is they were put on this tour because she is more popular then they are in Europe. It had nothing to do with Talent. There are alot of older people who like her. I personally don't, but that is me. THis woman I work with who is in her 50's loves N'SYNC, New Kids On The Block, Backstreet boys etc. I won;t lie, I actually like some BSB songs and my friend Tina is a huge fan. It all boils down to taste.

the one thing that really sucks is they announced OLP would be part of this tour after tickers went on sale making it next to Impossible for *THEIR* fans to attend.

P.S. You still have CANADA.

I've got a ticket ordered for the show on the 27th March at Brixton and am hoping to find tickets for 25th and 26th with Susie and Claire. I'm not really bothered who OLP tour with, it's only like when you go to a festival and see lots of different bands playing in one day. To me, this is not much different... I'm going for Our Lady Peace.

The only disappointing thing about this tour is the fact that 90% of the shows had sold out by the time it was announced that OLP were supporting.
