No, no comission. We do have weekly budgets that we have to meet. If we meet it, we get a 3% bonus of how much we went over. If the entire store goes over it's budget, we get 5% bonud of how much we went over. i know, it is kinda confusing.

I'd sell jeff skiis anyday 8-)
