My bro has one and a friend of mine has one and they both told me it sucks for DVD's .. awesome for video games but crap for DVD's .. I'll get a PS2 for my video game addiction but for now I want a DVD player more

Please do ask them what sucks about it... I've had no problems DVD wise at all. Unless they just haven't spent the $15-$20 on the DVD remote...
