Ron Taggart's Clay Works Exhibition

Post by Odin »

Jeremy wrote:I also am here for a shameless plug for a very great man. My father. His amazing clay work is going to be on display from November 14th, til december 14th. I really would love it if anyone would check it out. I assure you it will be worth your while. I learned how to play drums from this man, and he give all of himself in every piece. He really has something fresh to offer here. And if you really like one of them you can throw down some cash and take it home. It would also help the Christmas coffers for my folks gift buying. Again, I assure you, this dude ain't fucking around when it comes to clay.

Thanks for letting me plug Pops. Flood this place out. It's on Queen street, near Dufferin. The web address is, www.bracketgallery.com

So, who's interested in going? I sure am, maybe we can have a meet-up!

[Edit]
Since it goes from Nov 14 - Dec 14, we can easily pick a date that's good for everyone. [/quote]

I would be available from November 26-30. Exams start at December (in fact, exams starts at 28th) so I'd like to have those time strictly for studying. I'm guessing 29th or 30th would be perfect. Everyone who's interested in going together please post dates that are available to them.

Ceramics are pretty cool. I'm not one to reject an opportunity to check out some art.

So, current set-date is November 30th. I need a yay or nay from everyone, also suggest a time we can meet. Also, should we meet outside the exhibition center, or somewhere else.

I was planning to go last weekend but ran out of time and money. Hopefully I'll get a chance to check it out before I head to Saskatoon for Christmas.

So there's Susan, Getaway, smoking_monkey and maybe supergirl and happeningfish. Is 1pm ok for everyone?

And someone please tell us where we can meet.
