what do you need?
because lover, i swear
you've got it all
there's a world inside of you
of soft curves and
warm skin
a rich sky made of
your sweet smell
a paradise
without a judging god

i am speechless
we are the brand new beatniks. we are the down and outers.
we are the bleeding hearts, beating syncopated, broken rhythm.
our speed is often break neck. we need to slow it down.
tired of being sleepless. tired of being broken.

Worthy of a Response, which is talented! You just writing poetry or are you going together some lines and music to it?

i really like your reference to "a paradise without a judging god." i've been giving a lot of thought to this topic lately, about how we're always being judged by everyone, even by a so called god in the end. paradise would be a state of complete nonjudgmentalism. then all we'd have to fear is ourselves. good line.
