olp on mtv????

last night i saw the end of a commercial about new found glory being on mtv but then they mentioned olp and they said it was at 8:00 pm either tonight (11/12) or tomorrow night either on mtv or mtv2. anyways, does anyone know about this??? im not too sure when it is obviously or what channel its on cuz i didnt catch the whole commercial hehe :freak:

New Found Glory is on this week, on either Wednesday or Thursday, on MTV. OLP should be on next week....I am pretty sure they are at least.

It will be 5 songs. Odds are it will be "My Friends Over You" "Dressed To Kill" "Hit Or Miss" "Head On Collision" and I am hoping the fifth song will be "Sucker" or "You've Got A Friend In Pennsylvania" but it will probably be "Sonny"

Ehhh, I can't believe I am gonna do this, but I am gonna defend NFG.

1. For their video, it's not the band's idea, you know, the directors tell the band what to do, so saying they were ripping off SOAD is just wrong.

2. Their music is not that bad. Just because they go from fast to slow in a pattern on their cd does not make them bad. I mean, if you went and said their lyrics suck, or the music sucks, then you might have a point. You people complain there's not enough of a difference between their songs for your liking.

3. Yeah, NFG does sound poppy, but they're not that bad. Their lyrics mean something, it's just that Jordan has that friendly radio voice.

Meh .. poppy or not, I stil like them. I love the video for My Friends over You .. makes me giggle everytime I see it. I've never seen them live so I don't have an opinion on that but I'd like to see them live one day. OLP is 'poppy' too if you think about it .. let's stay away from the labels cuz when it comes to record companies having control over videos and stuff like that .. OLP isn't much better
