hmmm i think its time to start harrassing my smart college student friends and finding out if they can help us...

i almost got tickets...i called at like..3:30 and asked them about it..and they were like..we only have 20 left...but we think they'll still be available on nov. 6th cause the big ticket rush has already come and gone. and i was like, oh...and he was like, "well, how many do you want?" and i said, "umm...5?" and he said, "well, 5's a little much but I can maybe hold like...2 for you..." and i was like, "great...i'll take that!!!" and he was like, okay, lemmie write down your name and stuff...and then all the sudden i hear some bitch in the background, "You know you're not allowed to make exceptions...you can't!" and he was like, "uhh..uhh..hold on a second", and then there was arguing, and he comes back and is like, "i'm not allowed to make an exception for you..they told me i'm not allowed to and that you have to take the chance and wait til nov. 6th cause a bunch of people from other colleges have already called for the same thing and they're not going to let me make the exception. i'm sorry. come down first thing on nov. 6th and maybe we'll have something left."

so yeah..i'm so pissed now, cause i was so close to get at least 2 tickets..that's a start..and then perhaps someone else could call and get more. i'm still trying to find someone who knows anyone at villanova. but other than that all i can do is wait and go down on nov. 6th at 9 am and hope i get lucky. but like i said..there's only 20 left. :neutral:

You know what you guys should do.
Jus tgo to the show and maybe someone will sell you a ticket or something. Or ask the band.
Beg, borrow or steal, but I think you guys will find away to get in to this show. Maybe someone at the school will take pity on you and let you in.

I serioulsy say if you don;t get tickets just go. you have nothing to lose and may get lucky.

Where the hell is Villinova anyway. BTW, I am not going to this show.
I am going to Europe and those are my last OLP shows for awhile, maybe permentaly. I haven't decided beyond being the last shows for awhile. I am taking avery long break from OLP after that including the boards. :love:

there are only 20 left???? that smells like poop on crap gosh darnit.. y do i not see this happening? grrr i hate out of state shows, they are soo complicated, i would go anyway but its 3 or more hrs away, and i have no clue where it is :cry:

villanova is like...20 miles west of philly? it's not very far from me..it's in the main line suburbs..very ritzy area. you have to be rich to go to the school, hence the reason i'm not there. yeah, i think that if we just showed up we definitely could be able to pay off a student to give us his ticket just because a lot of people who bought tickets aren't big fans and if offered 25 bucks and a beer, they'll give up a 20 dollar ticket. i think i just might show up...you guys can all at least come down and we can all have a big CM sleepover at my place...hehe. i'll just kick the roommates out.

well..there's this boy that my roommate brought home last night..he said he went to villanova and that he knew the music guy..the guy who set the whole thing up. he said that he could get me ticks for like..10 bucks..even though it's sold out..but he was totally drunk..so i don't know if he was just blowing smoke up my ass. either way..i'm gonna get my roommate to call him. :nod:

my other option is just to show up and yeah..try to buy people off.. :mrgreen:
