Certifications

Sorry to be something of a stats whore, but why hasn't GRAVITY been certified platinum in this country yet. They have totally outsold the Tragically Hip for months and are still not listed, whereas the HIP have been platinum for a couple months. Can somebody explain it to me because my brain is just not able to cope.
