Post by Furious George »

Earlier today we were revealed the tracks that will be on Gravity. They are:
01. All For You
02. Do You Like It
03. Somewhere Out There
04. Innocent
05. Made Of Steel
06. Sell My Soul
07. Not Enough
08. Sorry
09. Bring Back The Sun
10. A Story About A Girl

The sound of the songs really give you the feeling that they are attempting something totally new here.

It seems like someone's in loooveee..... Doesn't it? They all seem to be about feelings and girls. Of course I can't really judge because I haven't heard them yet.

The song titles aren't what I expected, but hey, I don't know what I expected.

They sound very different to me, but I'm going to give it a chance.
So far, I like what I hear.
Stil, it reminds me of Janet Jackson (All For You). :P

For some reason I'm thinking "Bring Back The Sun" will be one of the best songs on the album.. but you can't read a book by it's cover, blah blah.

It strikes something with me, though, just the title.

Song title don't tell us very much yet. I'm still so anxiously waiting for it, that it's starting to burn. :freak:

For some reason when I hear "Sell My Soul" I think of Neon Crossing: "Save my soul today..."

This person on ebay is selling the cd, wich means , someone heard the song, ohhhh I'd love to hear some commentaries, anyway I find it weird that already someone got the cd, but with the way of communication today, it's possible to make a lot of things happen

I was thinkin that too...

I dunno. I don't wanna say it, but I'm almost...dissapointed in the titles. But I shouldn't jump the gun. OLP has never failed to suprise me.

I find these titles suprising, as they seem to be ripped out of some romantic's album, instead of something OLP. This however, does not change my stance on anything.

i like the fact that the album is only 10 tracks long, instead of like 15 tracks, id rather have 10 excellent songs then 10 excellent songs and a 5 or 6 ok tracks

They all sound, not exactly romantic, but more like someone trying to get over something bad

(think: "sorry", the SOT lyrics, "bring back the sun", etc.)

yeah, i agree with you all. they seem kinda like romanitc like everyone said. The titles don't really seem like OLP's style. But not to worry, i'm sure the album will kick ass.

my philosophies...and this is from the probablities of the other albums...
Track 1 will be a hit - All For You
Track 2 - 50% chance of being a hit, probably a very hard song (Do You Like It)
Track 3 - already a hit
Track 4 - it will be a hit for OLP fans, might be released (Innocent)
Track 5 - the best song of the record (made of Steel)
Track 6 - will be a hit for OLP fans, very well-done song, but not released (Sell My Soul)
Track 7 - Melodramtic song with in-depth meanings (Not Enough)
Track 8 - Anthem, but not released (Sorry)
Track 9 - Will often by performed live doubt it will be released (Bring Back the Sun)
Track 10 - Will be a very fulfilling end piece, a moody song, with separate yet encircled bass/guitar/drum lines and a variable lyric line

Again these are just my theroies and opinions.
