November 1st Meetup

nah, it's not that hard to plan.

Let's see...ok. Anyone who's going to Toronto early and wants to meet up with some cmers and walk around town, whatever, let's say we meet at like 2. (I want to get my tickets right after I get off the bus). Jo-Ann brought up the Eaton Centre, so I guess we could meet there, but we need a good spot, since that place is humongous. Somebody has to decide that, I haven't been there enough to make that decision.

So, the pre-preconcert party starts around 2? Does that sound good?

and then on to the preconcert party. How about we say about 5 or 5:30? In front of the ACC somewhere. Once again, somebody needs to choose a location. I bet there's a lot of people getting there later than 5:30, so how about we just hang out by the ACC or something. I bet there will be a billion of us, we could just sit and chat for a bit. I'm the type of person that enjoys talking and listening to conversations rather than going out somewhere, so I'm all for walking around and/or sitting by the venue and conversing. :nod:

opinions, anyone?

hey kidlet.. ask kruno about my bacon .. he was buggin me all saturday about it.. or was it sunday? i cant remember.. those days sorta blended together too much.. hehehe

bethany.. the best place for us to meetup would be at the bus station.. i'll come and meetup with joey anyways so we'll just come meetup with ya there.. and then we can go do whatever..

as for outside the ACC those ugly metal star thingies are the best place to meetup.. tis where most cc meetups occur.. or did occur when i went to em heh..

anyone in the GTA who's gonna be meeting up that early.. and wants to meetup as well.. call me or msg me thru msn or icq.. or if you are so inclined.. come on the cc chat and look for sandman.. or eeyore.. i dunno.. just ask for sand.. im usually there..

Behtany .. once Sand and I meet you at the bus station we can go right to the Edge to pick up your tickets, it's not far .. then we can do whatever .. meet up with more people or something. Sand if you don't want to have to go all the way back to your place again, you can come back to the hotel with me and maybe get Kruno and the others to meet us there before we head to the ACC ..

Anything going on at the Edge that day? Hmmm Sand, maybe we can run into Simple Plan again and you can insult them AGAIN :lol:

ok. That sounds good. But, I thought that on the day of the concert, the tickets will be at the ACC box office?

i just found out one of my best friends is back in town after bein in alberta.. i havent seen her in 2 years.. someone please help me out here

i have 2 extra seats in section 118...

i'm willing to trade both of those for section 120 and either of those seats on either side of mine

Class ends at 2:20. But i live all the way in Thornhill so it will take me awhile to get down there. Maybe like an hour or so.

oh yeah, and about the tickets you were requesting, i still haven't picked up my 4 extra tix 8-)

i think it's a free show, i haven't been able to find any details about cover charges...
on the rivoli's website, it lists cover charges for every other show that they have there, except this one...
*shrugs*

the guitarist in the band is Mike K, of Edwin & The Pressure/ex-j. englishman....
& they're managed by Bob too
