Grr, I bought my ticket for the concert Sunday, and my mother told me this afternoon about my aunt's birthday party somewhere in New York that day, and it may, uhh, be her last birthday (my aunt, not my mother.) So now I feel guilty for going to the always-skeezy Hartford instead of going to the birthday party.

Why is it that I always miss stuff for concerts that is either important or guilt-inducing?

I feel like shit...

My parents won't let me go to the show, even though it's probably the only thing that means anything to me right now.

Seeing OLP makes me happy, something I'm usually not. And when I mean, happy, I mean, like, orgasmically happy. Like...laugh my ass off and CRY happy

But I was pretty bitchy and drama-queeny in my arguments as to why I should go, so now...I just hate myself more than usual.

There were fleeting thoughts of suicide, but I can't do that to my parents...or my brother, who I desperatley need to talk to again.

I wouldn't do it because I can't go to show...I'd do it because I'm SICK of feeling like a fuckup...Sick of hating myself..

The greatest thing happened... We were all sitting around coating flats with glue/paint, and innocent comes on the radio. One girl starts singing along, and goes "I love this song!" I then got a roller and started working, and Stefanie (who I met a few weeks ago) tells me that she's liked OLP for the longest time. I told her I was a fan too, and she then asked me :

Do you like Joydrop?
Yeeesss....
treble charger...
YES!!!!!

I couldn't believe that someone else at my school, in Northeast Ohio, knew of all these Canadian bands. We're becoming pretty good friends now.

I was then to be part of the mystery,
to love and be loved. Let's just hope that is enough.

I know...I feel a little better, if not a bit nostalgic.

I wouldn't kill myself anyways. I've got too much to live for.

A computer memory overload wiped out part of my research project. I spend a good part of 20 hours on it. What really pisses me off is how much biased retohric are in books, periodicals and internet websites. I don't think Boeing Airlines and the CIA are reliable sources. Finally I thought a luck had came my way and I found a copy of a world book report on my subject. But on closer inspection it reads "compiled from CIA databanks." How hard is it to find info on China's transportation network. Its not like its invisible.

I'm starting to lose coherency.

Maybe Raine can fix my computer and make a song called: "In Repair Again"

Yeah, tomorrow is gonna be a fun day for me tomorrow. I will just coast through my school day like I always do, then the night gets interesting. Steph and I are going out for the first time in 6 weeks. Ahhh, I hope everything goes well and something can work out between us, even if it's just a normal friendship. I love her, and if friendship is what I have to do, then so be it....
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

I dunno if Raine would be the best choice. I mean, listen to the lyrics: "we're always in repair." Sounds like he never did finish fixing that dishwasher after all. They've probably been eating off dirty dishes for years.

I meant skating, as in with skates on ice. Not with a board.

Augh, I hate it....and I am the second worst in my class, right after the slow kid...

Oh well.

*sigh* It looks as if I won't be able to go to the ACC concert after all. There's no way that I can pick up the tickets, and they won't let other people pick them up for me. Oh well, it was worth trying.

If he's always in repair, he should fix my computer while he's at it.

i have cold. i just randomly woke up with it this morning, although it's been kind of festering for weeks, and now it's full blown, and the OLP concert is tonight! I hate whoever gave this to me. I'm going to track them down and make them pay...I'll at least sneeze on them.
