OLP posters

Post by Clumsythief »

I just wanna know if any of you knows where I can buy OLP posters. I've search a lot on the internet but the only place where I can find it is Ebay, but I don't wanna buy one from Ebay. I'm looking for a poster with the band playing live, not with Sol Fox lol. I live in Montreal, so if you know any store in the Montreal area, that would be awesome. Thx.

Good luck man. The only place I've seen the live poster is on ebay, and that can get up to $30. I am thankful that Steph gave me hers for my birthday.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Your best bet is Ebay. It's, for the most part, safe. My parents are usually exrememly freaked about that stuff, but they bought me the Gravity poster from Ebay.

You've got to take risks sometimes, right?

I got me a Happiness pop out fish poster and a Spiritual Machines poster form ebay, with no problems.

My family has bought numerous things on ebay and nothing has ever gone bad. We've even bought cars off there. I've yet to have a bad experience on there. I've gotten two OLP posters off there, both were reasonably priced.

I've got 3 olp posters. One is from the clumsy era, where each band member is in a corner of the poster and in the middle of the poster they are all playing live. I also have an automatic flowers poster that i got from the PPU. And my last poster is the doulbe sided spiritual machines poster (which is signed and framed  ) that i got from the OMA, when it was still cool.

Hehehe... yes, I've had about 10 Gravity posters come through my hands since June. Jo-Ann got one, I handed out 7 more of the two-sided ones to various people on Sunday in London.

I've got a friend who works at a record store and hooks me up. She still apparently has more for me (I think 5 or 6). So as per the usual routine, I'll be handing them out at my next show.

But my favourite poster is the one that Lori described. It consists of live images from the Clumsy tour era.

Every Saturday I go to the HMV at the Oshawa Mall to see if they have OLP posters, but they never do. I've been doing this since about January. And I need an OLP poster for my new room. I'm also looking for a Creed poster, Goo Goo Dolls poster, and MGB poster.
Some of you probably think I left. But was I ever here to start?

HA! I bought that one too. It's a trade ad, so it's about the size of a piece of paper.

Yeah, it is tiny, but oh well. I have to get my butt down to the poster store in the mall (gag). I went before, but they said that they just sold the last OLP poster like 15 minutes before I got there. I wonder if they have anything good.

There's a poster store?!?!?!? I wish the Oshawa Mall had a poster store. Damn. Stop talking about posters. It's making me remember how much I want the posters I listed earlier.

There is also a store on queen st, next to the condom shack (does anyone know what the store is actually called, cause everyone always refers to it as the store next to the condom shack  ) anyways, yea, that store sells posters and band t-shirts, patches, stickers, etc... That's the store where i got my collar from
