I'd just like to declare that Let Down is my favorite Radiohead tune.

The first time I heard Let Down it absolutely blew me away. It could have easily been the best OK Computer single, but Radiohead chose not to follow a conventional single process with that album. They really don't play it ...

right now the more reasonable tix go at 120-140 dollars. I could get a pair for around 75 but none of my friends are willing to pay that much.

I went to order my tickets at 10 this morning....
They might as well have been sold out before they were on sale. No one I know got tickets. Now I have to whore out my money to some scalper on ebay (where 122 different chicago ticket auctions are up). It's sickening.

Oh Thom....
This is why I can't miss them this summer.

For all of you that are familiar with the unreleased material, I heard today that Big Ideas/Nude is being recorded and will likely be on the next album.

Apparently, I'm in the minority by really enjoying Pablo Honey. I have to be in the mood for it, but I really enjoy it when I am in the mood. I don't label it my favorite, though.

I'm really not sure of my favorite...probably Hail to the Thief or Kid A.

I've missed far too many chances of seeing ...

Amnesiac is far too inconsistent, especially if you want left-overs. Kid A is leaps and bounds ahead of Amnesiac, as far as cohesion and innovation goes. They've got the theremin working for them really well. The effects and instrumentals are totally insane too!

As far as OK Computer goes, yeah ...

Supervisors of Chicago's brand new, gleaming gem -- a Frank Gehry-designed music pavilion within Millennium Park -- claim that they want to have more popular music performances, but clearly actions speak louder than words: City officials have vetoed Radiohead's request to ...

Re: Pedestrian

Anyone else buy their CD at the OLP concerts? I was pretty impressed by Joel's guitarwork at the pre-show so I decided I'd check them out. At first I was kinda taken aback cause the music seemed a lot more mellow than what Joel was playing but now that I've taken it for a few spins I'm just blown ...

Didn't anyone else notice the terrible levels? I was up in front and the bass was completely overwhleming. I could hardly hear Raine.

Yeah, the levels weren't the greatest. The bass rattled your ribcage, and the vocals weren't very audible. If I wasn't a fan I probably wouldn't be able to pick ...

What an unbelievable concert. Waited was unbelievable, probably one of the best OLP moments I've ever had.

Clumsy was an interlude with Mr. Tamborine Man by Bob Dylan and also an alternate intro. 4AM started off with acoustic guitar and the audience singing, then they paused for about 10 seconds ...

Yeah, I'm bringing a friend too, and I don't think she could hold out for that long. I don't think I could be there at 2, and all I really want is a good seat. So I'm thinking 5:30 at the earliest. Is that too late?
