I really like The Flaming Lips' song "Fight Test", which is the theme song for the MTV animated show "3 South". Anyone else dig this song?

Yes, I love The Flaming Lips. They're one of those bands I am finally getting in to when I should have like 7 years ago.

Can someone please tell me what's the appeal of this band, to me they sound staggeringly average. How the hell can they be considered experimental?? Hell, I'll say it, they sound like the friggin Eagles.

i like those yoshimi songs
their old school stuff like 'she dont use jelly' and 'buggin' arent too shabby either
