Its just my shirts. Most of them have these stains on them. And that happens to my parents shirts' too.

maybe your washing machine is broken. the same thing happened to mine. this happened a couple of years ago, but whenever my mom would wash the clothes, there would be little black dots all over the clothes. i don't know what was wrong with the washing machine, but we got a new one, and it hasn't happened since.

I still say something might be stuck in the washer. Shirts are usually made of material that'll absorb stains pretty well, which would explain why it's just your shirts... and if it's something stuck in the washer, that'd explain why it's on your parents clothes, too.
Can you remove the spinny part on yours? Try, maybe there's something stuck under it.

Thats just the thing though, our washer is brandnew. We got it a year or two ago.
