Sold 1 million in USA? I did not read the whole thing. I know it went Gold here( 500000 copies) but so did Clumsy..

I read a few years ago that OLP sold more records in USA then Canada. At the time I thought how the hell is that possible?. The only really had two cd's here sell anything. Then I got to thinking that Clumsy ( well more now) Went Diamond in Canada. THat is only 1Million copies.. They sold that between Clumsy and Gravity in USA. THere is only about 35 million people living in Canada. That alone means that one out of 3-4 people own Clumsy. Can't say that here. Esp since more people probably live in the state of California then in all of Canada.

Your math is a little off, there. 1/4 of 35 million is 8.75 million.

Clumsy has been bought enough times in Canada for about 2.9%, or 1/35.

Still a great achievement.

I wasn't being exact... Actually I think the last time I saw an actual account there was just about 33 mil in Canada.. It really does not matter. I was rounding off..

I'm sure they'll show it on CTV, not sure about NBC though. And I don't know how we'd go about finding out when it will be broadcast.

Looks like Raine just got a (regular) Facebook page... is this his real profile? It must be, both Steve and Jer are friends with him. Or has he had this for a while?

Did anybody see Raine's latest tweet?

"she builds her own satellite form an old rusted chair. she needs to know i'm alive, im flesh and i tear" FANTASTIC EXPECTATIONS! 07.03.10

What exactly does he have fantastic expectations for on the 3rd of July!?!
“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida

Interesting... The only thing I can think of would be the new album, but I'm doubting that's it (since it would have nothing to do with The Wonderful Future)...

I did read the tweet and it made me quite excited. There was something magical about seeing those lyrics posted by Raine himself. I mean...that's just awesome.

I can't wait to hear the live recording of the song, now I just have to amass a plot to get to actually go to a live SM show

OK that makes sense. Thank you. :D I should've known that. My husband always writes the date that way. It's military style. Duh.

Great to see Raine recognizes how awesome the lyrics from TWF are!

Also, since TWF is the last track on the album and they seemed to be rehearsing them in order, is it safe to say that they have now officially rehearsed both albums in full.
