You need to get a little forceful with these people. Tell them their service is second rate and you want a MAJOR discount. Don't let them walk on you. Unless of course they told you up front it would take that long.

I am being forcefull. Even my mom and dad are calling the folks are the guitar shop. Hell, my mom even threatened to call the Global Trouble shooter...

AND they told me that my guitar would be done in 2-3months.
