You gotta cool and dry your skin. Take a cool shower/bath or use a fan to cool your skin AND let your skin air dry. Once you do all that, apply calomine or hydrocortison cream to the affected area.
btw, do not apply anything else to your skin such as anti-perspirant, lotion etc.
