Oh, she will. She definitely will. Did you see that look she gave him at the end of the episode?

WHAT THE EFF?!

There's no new Office next week!

MY LIFE IS RUINED FOREVER.

...and by "forever" I mean "for the next week"

The next new episode isn't until Feb 1st (week after next)

So.

Anyone care to explain the mystery of the disappearing Andy?

I think Angela devoured him.

If you watched the directors cut on the return, he was sent away to Management Training (Read..Anger Management). He states it's a 10 week course but plans on being back in 5 because he's just that darn good.

He won't be in any of the Feb sweeps episodes.

I hate that the prodcuer's cuts can't be watched from canada. I found a possible way around that (anonymous IP programs and US proxy servers), but it was taken off the site before I could try it.

I was also hoping the producer's cuts would be shared on torrent sites, but no luck there at all :(

oh well! Good to know the details on that, thanks.

Phyllis and Bob Vance (Vance Refridgeration) are getting married this week! WOO! :D

Yeah I ran into the same problem. The great thing is my corporate network is housed out of the US, so I just watched it when I went to work.

You can buy the Producer's Cut on iTunes for 1.99.

tonights episode was freaking hilarious

spoilers:

umm... WHAT THE FUCK, JIM? You were doing everything right! You even looked up and saw sad-Pam while you were dancing! That was your cue to ask her to dance next! It was going to be PERFECT! And then you went and missed your chance! "Hypothetically..." come on, you can't hide it, we know how you really feel. Karen's cute and all, but dump her and go for the one you really love already.

also, WHAT THE FUCK, PAM? I know you're sad and vulnerable, but I thought we were past the point where you fell for Roy's "look at me, I'm cute despite the fact that I'm an arrogant douchebag". That had better turn out to be a regrettable one-night-stand at MOST.

also, WHAT THE FUCK, ROY? Why don't you go ahead and ... go ... die?

:GASP:

^ditto that.

I think that was probably the funniest episode I yet. I was dying.

Yeah Pam is starting to piss me off. Honestly. I just want to tell her to grow a pair...but that would be kind of gross. Ha.

hahahahaha, ew

I know what you mean, but honestly I can't blame her (or him). The situation they've been in since the start of the show (even with the role-reversal this season) is an extremely complicated one to be in. Do you risk the friendship on the chance that they'll feel the same way? Do you bet on them feeling strongly enough to leave the person they're involved with for you? Can you really take that chance, with the risk of losing not only the chance at that relationship, but also the friendship you hold dear? As for Jim, he can't say or do anything since he's with Karen (plus the fact that he's put it all on the line ... twice ... and she's said no ... twice).

As for the Roy situation in this episode ... I'm a little disappointed that Pam hasn't learnt better than to fall for Roy's momentary glimpses of likability. I'm not surprised that it happened, of course. We've still got a long time before this season ends, and they're going to drag it out. Plus, from a character standpoint, she was feeling extremely sad and vulnerable, not to mention being surrounded by what was essentially her wedding that never happened.

I should add that as much as I agree with the reality of the plot-line, I was definitely screaming at my TV.

See, I don't agree. He's told her that he loves her TWICE. My first problem is, why didn't she let him know BEFORE he was involved with Karen? I don't think there's much fear of rejection there when he's told her how he feels. Secondly, their friendship isn't as strong as it was before he transfered.

But yeah, just like every other show, it will get dragged out till I want to stab my eyes out! Ala The X-Files...

Well, she didn't tell him when he was in another city because she figured nothing would happen anyways. They never saw each other any more, so trying to start a relationship would be a little silly.

Then, when she found out he was coming back, she was extremely happy. I'm fairly certain she was planning to tell him how she felt. But then she finds out that while away, he started dating Karen. Suddenly he was not available. Also, there's the question in her mind of whether or not he's just moved on completely. Though it's unlikely that feelings would just go away like that, there's always the chance that he had gotten over her, so that just adds to the risk in her mind.

And though their friendship isn't necessarily as strong at the moment, that's just because of the tension that's there because of Karen (and now, apparently, Roy). They've still had enough moments of closeness to keep them going. And there's always the thought that "if I just get over this, things will be back to normal and we'll be closer friends again".

I don't want Pam and Jim to get together because that would like be the end of the series!

hahaha

while I know what you mean, I'd like to see them finally do something else than toy with the tension between them. they have to eventually go either 100% together or 100% apart. the series (or, at least, the JAM storyline) would be quite a bit different after it happens, but I don't think they'll have any problem finding new ways to rope us in.
