i saw the mist! i liked it! it didn't savagely stray from the novella, like a bunch of other stephen king adaptations (such as 1408...which was nothing remotely similar to the novella). so i enjoyed it cause it stayed true to the novella. well...most of it did. the ending's different, but i really really enjoyed the ending. it was a stephen king-esque ending...i don't want to spoil anything, but let's just say that there weren't unicorns and puppies and sunshine abounding.

so yeah. i liked it. one of the few king adaptations done recently that didn't make me want to punch someone for ruining his story.

it is essentially a short book...more like a short story, but a novella is more developed than a short story. so it's really just a term for a story that's not as developed (and long) as a book, but more developed (and longer) than a short story.

Yeah the Mist was excellent. If you're a horror fan at all. go see it. it's one of the better horror films I've seen in a while because it's not just about the mist being a threat to the main characters, but the people themselves caught up in everything that play a very important antagonistic part.

go see it

and i'm glad you watched Casino Royale Sand!

Ohhh double post

The audience at my screening literally broke out into crazy applause during one point and again when the movie was over. I have never in my life seen anything like that at a movie.
(I bet those who have seen it could figure out when ;) )

I can't remember if I said so, but "No Country For Old Men"...ugh I did not like it.

But I loved Enchanted! I was expecting to hate it and I really loved it.

I will but, I've been obsessing CoD4, Mass Effect and Assassin's Creed as of late.

Seriously dude, get CoD4 soon!
