On the subject of awsome hockey players the Red Wings win a home @ home series against Nahsville to take not just the lead in the Central Division or Western Conference but THE BEST RECORD IN THE ENTIRE LEAGUE!!!

3 of their remaing games of the season come against a gimmie team (Columbus)

But who knows could all come down to the last game of the season against Nashville.

Nonetheless I'll be the first here to predict another Presidents Trophy for the Wings!

Against my better judgement, I watched the Oilers/Avs games tonight. I was surprised that the Oil won.

The Sabres game sounded sweet though.

The Sabres game was sweet.

Not a Sabres fan, but I did catch it.

Wings rout the Blue Jacks 4-1 today

1 more game at home against them.
Then a home @ home series against the Blackhawks.

Buffalo with a 1 point lead faces the Penquins
Then Bottom feed on the Bruins, Caps, and Flyers

Ducks tied w/ the Wings have 2 quality oponents left in San Jose and Dallas

Preds trailing by 1 point gace the Blies, Hawks then the AVs who may possibly be fighting for a playoff spot.

It'll be close but with Datsyuk on a helluva hot streak I'm sure the Wings will end up with the Presidents trophy.

Although it may be more benneficial for them to end up in a position where they don't head way out west to Calgary or San Jose. Minnesota would be easy travel wise.

So I was wrong on the Presidents cup thing but ah well.

Wings go up against Calgary in the playoffs.
We'll have home ice advantage but I can't help but feel nervous with the long travel days inbetween.

They don't seem to get their legs underneath them often times under midway though the 2nd period and that's too late in the playoffs.

Hopefully I'll be able to get a full look at the playoff picture tomorrow morning.

Busy weekend with Easter and all.

Man I got cable a day late
Stars + Canucks = Quadruple OT :freak:

WOW

Wings looked great out there. We got scoring from everybody but Hasek. Dats got the playoff scoring monkey off his back.
