I saw Apartment 26 / Finger 11 / Evanescence last night.

Apartment 26 were better when I saw them on Wednesday - I'm not sure why.

F11 were really amazing - and for some reason Scott seems to talk more during support shows than headlining ones which is fun. And Amy from Evanescence came out and sang One Thing with them which was really cool.

Evanescence were ok - nothing too bad, but not that amazing either.

Hey, a Band called New Model Army are playing at Lee's Palace Nov. 11, I thought i read that they were one of Emtee's fave bands...anyone else remember seeing that? Maybe he'll be there...[/b]

The only thing I have planned is Brand New on the 19th, Alkaline Trio on Dec. 4th, and Linkin Park on Feb 5th. I thought about Modest Mouse, but I need to save the cash for bands I know better.

i just found out i have a final the day after the brand new concert at 8am. damn. i'm still going to brand new though

i feel your pain. i will be enjoying new amsterdams with a little voice in the back of my mind going "you idiot! you're going to fail your exam tomorrow!" but i'll still enjoy the show. after all, music is more important that grades in college....

i know people are going to sleep there overnight and there is no way i'm doing that. it's too cold. how early are you going?

their new album is pretty damn good and to see them in a club for a buck. i'm guessing it'll be impossible to get tickets.

they are pretty good.

as much as i want to hate them because they're every 12 year old's favourite band, they're just too good.

with this new album the 12 year olds won't like them anymore

Though right now, there is no chance in hell I could see them, I wish they would come to Canada more. I want their new album for christmas.
