(I know, hardly news but...) Apparently kicking his drummer out of their band for no real reason wasn't enough. Now he's sueing the guy for royalties from their back album.
I mean, I know Chad doesn't like the guy anymore, but this is unnecessary. He played the same shitty songs just like Chad did, and should be paid for it- just like Chad is.

Chad says the drummer smells like cheese so he doesn't deserve any money.

Grohl explains, "Every time we played it, it would just start raining Mentos, and them motherf**kers hurt.

"We did a show in Canada and, in the middle of the song, someone threw a pack, and it hit me right in the face. I was so p**sed, I picked it up and said, 'It's been 10 f**king years since that video.'"

That's like BNL having to post signs explicitly forbidding KD from their concerts cause people kept throwing boxes at them... which I imagine is probably more painful than mentos.

They don't sell Mentos in England, I don't think. At least not the fruity ones that I like. So maybe they'll play it when I see them in a couple of weeks. Though that's actually in Wales, so maybe they do sell them there :O
