That is going to be sooo awsome! Nothing like a pretty venue. I always feel special when i go in the old grand theatres. Have a blast. Are you still doing tea at the Empress??

Yeah, those shows are going to be great. I think I'll probably get to watch from the stage so I can stare at the building as well as Matt :)

I'm still trying to work out Victoria. I'm not sure anyone else will want to come for tea with me, since it's a little expensive.

You should consider renting a car, it will make the ferry more expensive but getting from A to B should be so much easier. Also check into hostels in Victoria or contact the univeristy. It will be off season so I am sure they rent dorm rooms. i think the ones at Queens are $25 a night.

Kelowna is a high demand, destination, resort community during the summer months

yeah and kelowna has no university. Advantage of having a car would be that you can leave town after the concert and stay in a place that is less expensive. Also if you take Hwy 3 over Hwy1 it is sooo pretty.

*points to thread title to remind Christine*

Victoria's sorted. We've found a great hotel near the arena and downtown which even has its own pancake house. Seattle Matt will be driving, I just need to get there from Vancouver - and I'm pretty sure I'll take the seaplane.

We've chosen a hotel in Vancouver which looks gorgeous.

And we're just trying to sort out Kelowna - which we're def. hiring a car for.
