I started off with a baby spinach salad with mushrooms, chopped hard boiled eggs, and cherry tomatoes with feta cheese dressing. Then I had a toasted bagel with cream cheese mixed with Italian dressing mix and dill weed sprinkled on top.

Mmmm.
