I noticed that - I thought all those email notifications on threads that hadn't been real busy in a while was weird!

Hello from New York City all.
I'm working today, but hopefully the fiancee and daughter will get out and walk through central park.

you mentioned something about wanting to go to Little Russia. That is in Brighton Beach. The B/Q trains goes out there. If going on weekend only the Downtown Q goes there. You can get it in Times Square or 49th street.. If going during the week take the downtown Q or Downtown B trains to Brighton Beach. About an hour or so ride from where you are. The trains run local. I would go a few stops further to coney island if I had time.

I just got home from seeing Company of Thieves, and let me just say, if you have the chance to see them live, DO IT. Don't pass it up because you don't have money or time or you have a test in the morning or you live an hour away. GO TO THE DAMN SHOW. They are fucking amazing and it is worth every penny and every second to see them live.
I'm going to bed now.

I saw them open for OLP in Anaheim. Wasn't familiar with their music, and not really the type of band I would expect to open for OLP, but they weren't bad and in retrospect I probably should have recorded their set.

Much agreed, they opened for OLP here in Columbus a year back.
Great energy.

Saw them in St. Louis. They rocked the house hard. There a damn good band. They were also dressed up as wizard of Oz characters. ha.

A Pastor just stuck his head into my office and told me that there might be lost souls wondering around and he is in the cultural room - then he winked at me and walked out. Sometimes my job is just so weird!

I had an amazing time. When Chris asked if I liked them better than Deluka (we saw them a few weeks ago) I couldn't say. WEQX puts on some awesome shows with awesome bands. The openers kind of suck (where do they find these people?!) but when you get to the real show, I have a blast!

So I was just thinking how strip clubs work in Canada.
You can't really put a looney in a girls g-string, and $5'ers can get expensive real quick.

Strippers have a lot of bruises here, with the flying coin and all. Those twoonies really leave a mark!
