Well, it's not that they are incapable. They just need some better direction, and need to regain a tremendous sense of urgency with their work sometimes. Besides, people are what makes my job enjoyable.

i remember when i worked over night at my local wal-mart.

we just kept getting stuff that never sold, and never gotstuff we ran out of. never understood who made those decisons. :freak:

I remember those days too. It doesn't happen nearly as much now, mostly in bedding/furniture/housewares.
