I think I've discovered that I am in fact not lactose intolerant, but bagels and other heavy grains trigger my acid reflux.

I will update you all with more of this very interesting information!

The last thing I ate was AAAAAWESOME. So yummy. :drool:

If anyone's interested, here's the super easy recipe:

Take a block of cream cheese (I dunno what size... the normal sized one) mix it with Italian dressing mix (again, don't know what size... just the pouch you normally get at the supermarket). I used a fork to do this and it wasn't too hard. Spread it on a bagel (I used an egg bagel). Then put lots of fresh dill on top.

Seriously. :drool:

An...egg bagel? Like, a bagel made out of egg, or egg flavoured or what?

:lol: They use egg in the recipe, I believe. They're yellow-colored... you should try one if you've never had... they're really good.

That's weird, cos they're really common here. Lender's and every other bagel company even make them.
