Planning meetups with a bunch of people who don't know how they work is time consuming!

how do they work??

this just in from the hip

Hi Folks,

Greetings to all. We have some very exciting news to deliver. Our twelfth album, We Are The Same, will be released in North America on Tuesday, April 7th. The album was produced by Bob Rock and recorded primarily at the Bathouse Studio. It contains twelve new tracks that range from levity and light to melancholy and anger. We think it has a little bit for everyone and showcases the great range of the band.

goodness i could have gone and given Bob Rock a wedgie but missed the chance :P

Christine, you know how they work! Some of these folks don't even know that you have to plan a spot to meet up ahead of time.

i think i gained johnnys 10 and doms 6...cut it out already.

Seriously well done. you should follow the guy doing all the fad diets for a week and then a day off then on to the next. It is a pretty good read. He started with Cabbage soup diet, lost 9 pounds, the next week was the pasta and chocolate diet - no loss, then the scarsdale, lost 4 pounds, this week he is on the one big meal diet, next week is the lemonade aka the master cleanse - that should be fun to read.

All I do is resistence and interval training. My current goal is to pack on 50 pounds of lean muscle.

I have horrible eating and exercising habbits. I don't eat healthy at all, I don't exercise except half-heartedly in gym (I'm not supposed to run), and sometimes I do stuff on Wii Fit, and that doesn't always count.

I should get my butt in gear, otherwise I'm going to be screwed when my skinny-girl metabolism goes away.

THAT'S BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE ANY WEIGHT TO LOSE!!!!!!!!

You were hot in 100 layers of clothes. I don't understand why you would want to change anything about your body.
