i agree with neil that i think the stud is hotter or looks better, but i guess that's more common, i see them a lot more often than a nose ring, so a ring would be more unique.

I can't imagine piercing my nose, I'm always quite stuffy so I'd have a hard time blowing my nose with a stud or a ring in there! Haha.

my friend has a nose pierce and wears both studs and rings -- go figure.
I kinda like the super small stud off to one side on the lower lip/chin region...i think it was chelsea in Big brother who had one.

It's two piercings on the bottom lip. I'd find an image, but I'm lazy. Google it, and you'll find plenty of pictures.

My friend has a ring in her nose, too, and I know the guys don't like it very much. If I ever got a piercing, I'd probably start off with a little silver stud on my nose.

i wear studs, but i wouldn't mind giving a ring a try. unfortunately, work doesn't allow nose rings, so no go there, for now.

dom, i don't know why, but i can see a ring suiting you better than a stud

Some power is out and the T1 line to our other building is down.

Luckily that means their phones are down too so they can't call from their desks to inform me what I already know.
