J.K. Rowling says: "the HBP is neither Harry nor Voldemort. And that's all I'm saying on THAT subject until the book's published."

It would be a bit stupid if it was Harry. Then the title would be Harry Potter and the Harry Potter. Not good. And its pretty obvious that it's not Voldemort since he is one of the main characters. Besides, the book titles always refer to something new thats discovered. My guess is the half-blood prince is a new character.

Or a revelation about an existing character.

We at Leaky receive many rumors about possible release dates for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, the sixth book in the Harry Potter series. The latest rumor about a possible announcement of a release date for this book comes from someone who works at Waldenbooks, who says a flier was sent out to employees of the store mentioning the newest Harry Potter book on the front page. This memo said:
"The book world is abuzz with rumors that J.K. Rowling may
announce the publication date for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, the 6th book in the Harry Potter series, sometime in January. While that's all we know so far, we want to be ready so that we can start communicating with our customers as soon as the announcement occurs!
PLEASE NOTE: This is still a RUMOR. Before the announcement of Order of the Phoenix's release date, we got many rumors such as these, all of which turned out false. Our sources say that the level of secrecy involved in the announcement of the release date rarely, if ever, extends to something as widely distributed as bookstore memos. This info is kept very close to the chest of the HP publishing world - you could probably count on one hand how many people would know that an announcement was coming in January, at this point, if it were - and none of those people would contact a fan site about it. But we will of course keep you updated with more on this when we can.
So next month JK might tell us when the book will come out ..
I hope that rumor is true.

I read in People Magazine that another popular character is going to be killed.

yep, there's killings happening in the next 2 books .. and she keeps hinting about killing harry off in the last book and also a favorite character in the last book as well. sort of the idea that you can't kill voldemort unless harry dies too .. bah i dunno. i'd like it if the 3 main characters didn't die but at least one of them will by the way she's talking.
i'm not worried about the 4th movie anymore either. i've watched a heap of interviews and the cast members keep saying it's the best movie yet, the set is beautiful, dan said it's his favorite script and tom felton said it's so much better then all the others .. so if they approve, it must be good. i can't wait

Cool.
I sure hope theres more Quidditch though.

I don't think they'll be much quidditch in the 4th movie
the main focus will probably be on the triwizard tournament since that takes up most of the book
then again the quidditch world cup is in this one and the first bit of the book is them at the cup
as soon as jk announces when the 6th book is coming out i'll probably reread the series for like the 4th time
