2 things. In IYB, the guitar part I love is definitely Jamie-so maybe it is the rythm guitar because there are definitely 2 parts.

as for Mike not being thanked on Gravity I think that is because he is under the playing part. Like Jamie was. It says something like M Turner Rythm Guitar. That would be my guess why he wasn't thanked. It would be like thanking each other-which some bands do in personal thank yous, but i have never seen it with OLP.

I would say they thanked Arnold cause he was a big part of their early sound and I think Raine learned alot from him, just like he is learning things from Bob.

I had to vote for one of the solos not voted on. ALL MY FRIENDS> I love the guitar in that song.

You should of just left it as favorite guitar solo and not put nay songs cause there are some songs not listed that have amzing parts. Then again there is a favorite guitar(moment) thread.
