^^^ sounds like my street. I live in a small side street so they dont' really clear it when it snows. It is so icy and dangerous to walk and drive on. There are snow banks 3 feet high. There was also a water pipe break that covered half the block. It's a solid sheet of ice. they finally put a police caution sign on the sidewalk, but the street you can't do anything about. I don't have to go to the rink.
My friend is coming up from the south this week. i told her we could go ice skating. There are some many places in Manhattan. I think I 'll take her to Rock Center.

One important thing about the itinerary... we need to get to the hotel earlier. Monkey's paranoid we'll get there too late, and if there's anything we don't need, it's an upset, paranoid, angry Monkey.

Also, I don't ice skate. The one time I went, someone on the ice had their fingers cut off by someone else's skate. I will never ever go ice skating again cos of that.

I thought we were having a meet up for the people who were staying over at the hotel friday night, hanging out at the hotel and maybe going to a bar later. Then meeting up with the others who couldn't make it to stay over for a lunch or something on saturday? So now it sounds like there's the hotel meet up, then a dinner meet up with others and then another meet up on the saturday?
Regardless of how many meetups there are... you're coming!!!

Well if anyone wants to hang out Friday night they can and then people who want to hang out Saturday they can. No one is meeting up besides all of us anyway it seems so no worries

This is getting too expensive for us so I don't know if we can do the dinner/coffee thing either. I was figuring we'd do it cheap and stay in and get pizza or something.
we probably won't do all that stuff...that is just for alex's parents because they want to know everything. dinner the first night maybe but i am poor too
HARDCORE!!!
OMG. I can't believe I din't think fo you
until now because when I think on

No, seriously?

It's getting too pricey for us .. we get back from our 3 day snowboarding trip 3 days before the meet up and that trip is gonna hurt us on cash. Maybe if my bf can drive we can go .. that way we don't have to pay for the train from Burlington, plus the bus trip back home the next day. We can't afford the train, the hotel, booze, dinner, coffee, bar, ice skating and lunch
Think cheap, like splitting a couple of party pizzas in the hotel room for dinner .. it's too cold for wandering around downtown Toronto at night anymore then we have too. People can still meet us at the hotel and join us for dinner there even if they can't stay.
check-in at the hotel isnt until 3pm and also all of us have school and stuff so that is why we are getting there later but if you guys want to park your car there and spend the $15 a day for parking that would work since its under monkey's name

Meh, I don't know.
i know i just posted that for alex's parents because they want to know exactly waht we will be doing
hence why i put the ""'s (we probably wont be doing that stuff)
we'll most likely go to the hotel, order pizza or get fast food or something, watch some tv, have some drinks, go swimming, etc etc and the ice skating is free
HARDCORE!!!
