Yeah, apparently not a prank. So sad.

And to Cass: Yes, it does work. Although I've only done it when my movies really do come up missing - as in, they never arrived in the first place. I should have done that with a couple of them, but they were ones I wanted to actually own with the real DVD case and everything.
